A $400 deposit is required to reserve a HALF COW purchase.
Your final cost with bulk pricing will be figured after the butcher gives us the cow’s hanging weight.
We pay all the fees for the butcher’s services.
Bulk price for a whole cow is $5.75 per hanging weight.
Our hanging weights for a half cow vary from 250#-350#, which makes your approximate cost $1440-$2012. You will take home 160#-225# of packaged meat.
You will discuss your cutting instructions with our butcher, Stevens’ Brothers, after your beef has gone to slaughter. You will need to pick up your meat at Steven’s Brothers.
They are open Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, and Saturday 8am-noon.
