Our germination chamber always gives me joy as I watch the unfolding of seeds planted and starting to show life.
Our unit stayed up all year last year due to the work of continual crop production that needs to have sequential sowings all season. Trying new ways of production allows us to produce a summer full of fresh veggies without skipping a beat.
I also just sowed two larger plots outside which will have plants growing to provide ground cover till that area will be needed for production.
