This raw honey from our hives here at The Heron. Our land is certified organic and there are no conventional farms near us, so our honey is very pure. The color can be lighter or darker depending on the nectar collected and the time of year, Both are equally delicious.

What is raw honey? It’s a pure, unfiltered and unpasteurized sweetener made by bees from the nectar of flowers. Raw honey can easily crystallize, but slow warming in a pot of water will make it more liquid again, Never warm over 110 degrees, you’ll loss some of the beneficial properties.
