Simple Baked Chicken Wings

Steve and I love making these wings when we’re settling in to watch something together — a football game, a movie, or just a quiet night at home. They’re simple, flavorful, and easy to make.

You’ll need:
• 1 pack Green Heron Growers Organic Chicken Wings
• Salt & pepper
• Paprika
• Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Place the wings on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes.

At this point, if you want to add your favorite sauce or glaze, this is the time. I usually keep them simple, but Steve likes to add a splash of Bragg Liquid Aminos.

  1. Turn on the broiler and cook about 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until the wings crisp up nicely.
Keep an eye on them — every broiler is a little different.

We like to serve these with celery and carrots, and they’re perfect for watching a game… even though football season is over.

Go Bills! 🦬
