The 6th annual Heron 5K Trail Race will be Sunday August 11th 2024, this annual race is in memory of our dear friend Dave McDonald. Dave loved to run, he loved the Heron, and he loved music.

Although registration is FREE this year we encourage donations as all proceeds and donations will benefit the Chautauqua Humane Society in Jamestown, NY!
This well-marked route is both challenging and fun and will satisfy new and experienced runners and walkers of all ages. Run or walk the beautiful trails at The Heron and enjoy a weekend filled with live-music and family friendly fun! We welcome new and experienced runners and walkers of all ages!
Event t-shirts are available for an additional cost, while supplies last.
Online registration remains open through 6:59 pm on Friday 8/9.
On-site registration will start at 8:30 am on Sunday 8/11.
