Come drum with us! Let’s share songs, honor Mother Earth, and build community in rhythm and gratitude!
Gather with us on the beautiful Seneca ancestral lands we steward at The Heron to share rhythm, song, and connect with Mother Earth. These circles are FREE and open to all—no experience needed, just your heartbeat and presence.
We offer gratitude to the Indigenous peoples of Turtle Island who carried and protected these sacred teachings. To those who kept these songs and ways alive through time, so we may sing them now with love and respect.
As we drum and sing together, we sync our heartbeats with Mother Earth and with each other. The big drum reminds us of our shared rhythm and helps us drop into deeper connection with the land, the ancestors, and one another.
After each circle, we gather for a shared meal—a community potluck where everyone’s invited to bring a dish, and continue the circle in the spirit of nourishment and connection.
