These hogs are raised in collaboration with The Bricker Organic Dairy Farm, an Amish-run, certified organic grass-fed dairy farm. This partnership ensures that our pork is not just delicious, but also ethically and sustainably sourced.

The hogs are exclusively fed GMO-free grains and spend their summers and falls roaming in pastures and wooded areas. This natural lifestyle contributes to the pork jowl’s distinctive sweet flavor and abundant, delicious fat. Unlike traditional bacon from pork belly, jowl bacon stands out with its fattier composition and a rich, almost smoky-sweet flavor profile.
