The 5K kicks off Sunday August 10th at 10 AM! Registration is FREE, and all are welcome to run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines.What to Expect:

Location: The Heron Farm & Event Center – 2361 Waits Corners Rd, Panama, NYRegistration is FREE, and donations are welcome! This year, all proceeds benefit the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County, supporting mental health and addiction recovery through peer-led services.
