A $300 deposit is required to reserve a QUARTER COW purchase.
Your final cost with bulk pricing will be figured after the butcher gives us the cow’s hanging weight. We pay all the fees for the butcher’s services.
*A “split quarter cow” will have cuts from both the front and back sections of the cow*
Bulk price for a quarter cow is $5.75 per hanging weight.
Our hanging weights for a quarter cow vary from 125#-175#,
which makes your approximate cost $720-$1000.
You will take home 80#-115# of packaged meat.
You will discuss your cutting instructions with our butcher, Stevens’ Brothers,
after your beef has gone to slaughter. You will need to pick up your meat at Steven’s Brothers.
They are open Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, and Saturday 8-noon.

We send cows to the butcher in these months each year: June, July, August, September,
