DESCRIPTION:Spread the word!\nThe Heron Horse Posse is squeezing in another fun weekend before the riding season ends!\nJoin us for the The HERON HORSE TURKEY TROT TRAIL CHALLENGE WEEKEND!\nIf you’ve been wanting to check out the Heron trails to ride or drive\, here is your chance!\nSATURDAY NOVEMBER 22\n-11:00am: Registration\n-12:30pm: Riders Meeting\n-1:15pm: First riders out on a 6+ mile Trail Challenge with 6 judged obstacles for every skill level.\n-Prizes\, Ribbons and FUN! \nSUNDAY NOVEMBER 23\n-10:00am: Gates Open\n-11:00am: Riders Meeting\n-11:30am: First riders out for In-hand Obstacle Course\, 5+ mile Trail ride.\n-Recreation trail ride & drive to start at leisure after in hand awards. \nPlease Contact Jodi with questions at 907-602-3607\n**********PLEASE NOTE**************\nWe are limiting the # of entries on this one\, do not wait to register! The landowners and Farmer Steve take their hay fields very seriously. There are concerns on weather and soil conditions. They have asked and I have promised to limit the areas available for parking and to cancel/postpone the event in the case of inclement weather and poor parking conditions. I will not cancel for cooler temps\, but I will cancel if there is a chance of horse or rider being wet under 60 degrees. That is my cut off\, so prepare to bundle up! If weather is not cooperating\, we may try to reschedule for the following Sat\, RAIN DATE of Nov 29th is back up (; Full refunds will be given if the event gets xxld due to inclement weather.
