DESCRIPTION:Celebrate May Day\nCelebrate the beginning of our summer season at The Heron!\nMusic by Kev Rowe & Friends start at 2pm\, along with the potluck lunch. \nDrum & dance as we decorate this year’s Maypole at 3:30pm. Bonfire to follow! \nThe Heron’s 2024 May Day Celebration is filled with FREE family-friendly activities for all ages! Bring the whole family\, except pets. \nComplete May Day Programming:\n\n10am: Spring Foraging\, Mindful Tea & Connection\n2pm: Live Music by Kev Rowe & Friends\n3:30pm: Drumming and dancing as we decorate this year’s Maypole followed by a bonfire and potluck feast!\n\nIf you’d like to stay the weekend\, campsites and Airbnb lodging are available. \n2024 GBH Volunteers are welcome to camp for free.  \nBring friends & family who might be interested in getting to know the Heron better. We are in need of more volunteers for the Great Blue Heron Festival. Come find out more about how to earn a free ticket!
