DESCRIPTION:Spend a weekend recharging on the land through gentle movement\, music\, connection\, and good food. All activities are FREE and open to all — except for Contra Dance ($10/person\, see below). Bring a friend\, bring a dish for the community potluck dinner\, and join us! \nSaturday\, July 26\n3:30–4:30pm | Qi Gong with Andy\nSlow\, flowing movements to balance energy and calm the mind. \n5:00–6:00pm | Sound Meditation with Jessica Frombach\nLet sound and vibration wash over you in this immersive meditation. Bring a mat or blanket to get cozy. \n7:00–7:30pm | Community Potluck Dinner at the PFM Barn\nBring a dish to share\, store-bought or homemade\, it’s all welcome!
