DESCRIPTION:The FIREFOX is a mythical creation. A celestial fox whose tail sparks and flickers with fire. It is said the Firefox running through the forest of stars creates the shimmering Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) Join us for The HERON HORSE Equine Trail Sports Aug 30th Firefox Trail Challenge.  \n\nGates open at 8:30am\nRiders meeting at 9:30am\nFirst riders out 10:15am. \n\n  \n7 obstacles for each skill level (Novice\, Intermediate\, Advanced) scattered along a 6+ mile trail at the Heron Farm in Chautauqua County\, NY.  \nThese trail ride competitions are for all disciplines and laid back for all to enjoy.  \nYou can register to compete on the obstacles or register as a ride a long if you’d just like to enjoy the trails.  \nSolo riders will be placed in small groups as no one rides alone.  \nGroups that come together can all ride together.  \nRiders earn points based on how you and your horse work as a team to complete a task and your scores are ranked nationally.  \n\nSloppy Joes and Hotdog lunch. \nRibbons\, prizes and fun for all. \nAirBnB’s and corral stalls available for rent. \nOvernight primitive camping is also available. \n\n  \nThe Heron is hosting a Nature & Wellness Weekend with FREE family-friendly activities Saturday and Sunday\nWE ARE CAMPING! \nJoin us for a bonfire and stargazing storytelling with Domenic Rocco.
