DESCRIPTION:Join us for some Spring Wellness Activities at The Heron to kick off the season this Memorial Day weekend!\n\nWe have a weekend full of FREE Family Friendly activities!Bring the whole family\, except pets…\n\n\n4:30pm Diane Clark\, founder and director of Greystone Nature Preserve\, specialized in Experiential Environmental Education will guide us in an immersive forest bathing experience followed by a Stick people making workshop.\n7:30pm Jessica Frombach\, Licensed Massage Therapist\, Reiki Master/Teacher\, and Soundworker will be facilitating a Sunset Soundbath at our main stage. Bring a blanket (or two) to get cozy on the ground and drift away to the healing vibrations of Jessica’s Gong.\n\n\n\nJoin us all weekend long and book your campsite or airbnb here: https://theheron.org/heron-campground/\n\n\nA little more about our facilitators:Diane Clark\, founder and director of Greystone Nature Preserve has 33 years of teaching experience have included all levels from Penn State University to the Chautauqua Institution’s Nursery School. Recently she has been an Outdoor Adventure Educator at the Cassadaga Job Corps. She has been a speaker and an adamant environmental awareness organizer throughout the US\, Europe and Asia. In 1986 Diane joined the Great Peace March for Global Nuclear Disarmament and walked across the US from LA to DC. She is an active member of the Wolf Clan Teaching Lodge of the Seneca Nation. She currently is a special studies instructor at the Chautauqua Institution.\n\n\nJessica Frombach is a Licensed Massage Therapist\, Reiki Master/Teacher\, and Soundworker. She has a passion for natural healing practices to help with challenging times\, surrendering to the flow of life\, and maintaining connection to all aspects of self- body\, mind\, heart\, and soul. After a life-changing experience during a Sound Healing\, Jessica opened up her sensitivity to subtle energy and found a new appreciation for life. Self-care\, loving compassion\, self-improvement and mindfulness create positive shifts and momentum in her life and she wants to share and awaken these healing techniques within others. Jessica facilitates monthly workshops in the community to educate\, inspire\, and uplift individuals. She received her Reiki 1 and 11 Certificates in 2015 and Reiki Master Certificate in 2017. Jessica graduated Great Lakes Institute of Technology and got her Massage License in April 2017. She founded her own business Divine Healing in October 2017 and has been happily dedicated to helping others!
