Farm to Fork

At our FARM TO FORK events, we share our passion for cooking and eating seasonally. The menus are inspired by the day’s harvest of vegetables, mushrooms and our pasture raised meats. All meals are enjoyed outdoors, protected from the elements, with views of the farm and countryside. These events are a unique way to gather together with family and friends, both old and new.

Farm Tours

Are you curious about how we raise our animals, grow shiitake mushrooms or about our sustainable farming practices? Do you teach a class or semester on local food economics or agriculture? Maybe you are a homeschooling family, looking for an interactive, outdoor field trip? We love sharing our passion for working with nature and the land and would love to share our enthusiasm with you.
